Craig Hanauer is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher, a Board Certified Art Therapist, and a longtime children's program director at Kripalu Center in Lenox MA. Craig is currently a full-time faculty member at The Parkside School, a non-public special education elementary school located on New York 's Upper West Side. Parkside serves children with language-based learning disabilities and various additional challenges. Craig has designed and implemented a yoga curriculum to address the needs of the children at Parkside, offering small group and individual sessions.

Craig specializes in training yoga teachers and "helping professionals" to teach yoga to children with special needs and consulting with speech therapists to improve the breathing and alignment of their clients.

Craig also combines his expertise in Yoga and Art in workshops entitled YogArt, which he offers to both children and adults.
